Monthly Favs: February

  1. Alice + Olivia Keir Piped Silk Pajama Shirt + Alice + Olivia Benny Stripe Silk Pajama Pants (ON SALE!!) I’ll be honest, I haven’t even worn these out the door yet but these are DEFINITELY my February favorites. Hands down. I fell head over heels in love with these pants a few months back when I tried them on in Beverly Hills with my sister, but unfortunately I wasn’t down to $350 for them. Lucky for me, they are 40% from Nordstrom right now (eeek!!!). I’m totally aware these are not everyone’s cup of tea, and that’s fine because not everyone has good taste (kidding! kind of). But seriously, these are so chic and amazing. I love them worn together as a set, and I am totally fine that it looks like I’m wearing pajamas. The pants also look great with a crop top, t-shirt, leather jacket… basically anything and the shirt pairs well with jeans. If getting this set on sale is any indication of how 2019 is going to be, I’m gonna have a fucking fabulous year.

  2. Sorel Joan of Arctic II Waterproof Wedge Boot It’s basically the worst part of winter right now - like the point when it’s starting to actually get really cold and snowy and messy and I’m just over it. But what I’m not over are these boots. They are waterproof, have a great rubber sole AND they are stylish. PLUS, the wedge gives me some height, which as a 5’3” gal is important (I’m short, I know). Hands down these are the best winter boots I’ve ever had. Not exaggerating.

  3. BP 59mm Perfect Cat Eye Sunglasses in White/Rose Gold I’m not one to believe in love at first sight but damn, it was near close to that when I laid eyes on these sunnies. And then I saw the price tag - $16 - and I was dead. These look like legit designer glasses and I love them. I’ve been wanting cat eye sunglasses since the Le Specs were all the rage last year, but my face is just too big for the small pairs. These are big, bold and fab. Yes, yes and YASSS!

  4. Free People Belle Printed Skinny Pants in leopard Continuing on with my leopard obsession (which is almost out of control), these pants are my current favs. They look like a pant, but feel like a legging, and look so great dressed down with sneakers or my Sorel boots and a chunky knit sweater, or dressed up with a cute cami and heels. I’ve seen lots of leopard pants, but wasn’t sure I wanted to pay too much for a trendy item. These are only $78 and I always get compliments when I wear them out.

  5. Kenneth Cole New York Kam Sneaker (ON SALE!!) I think these look way more expensive than they are and they are super comfy and just a great basic pair of white sneakers. They are leather so they should be a little easier to keep clean than canvas, and I love the gold detailing on the back. I’ve already worn them a ton - with jeans, dresses, skirts… definitely a closet staple.

  6. Storyluxe app I love a good photo editing app. This one offers some super cute backdrops that look like polaroids or developed film. Just a fun way to change up your Instagram posts or stories. And it’s super easy to use.

  7. Tularosa Robbins Sweater in Yellow Stripe (ON SALE!!) A cozy oversized sweater that can be worn over leggings is a must for me. I’m usually a size XS, but I did size up to a S in this to get a little baggier of a look. I think it’ll transition well into the Spring and Fall, too with over-the-knee boots or even just a simple pair of white sneakers.

  8. OPI You Don’t Know Jacques This was one of my go-to colors several years back and I kind of re-discovered it this month while trying to switch it up a bit (I usually opt for nude or red). It’s the perfect dark grey, that’s dark without looking black. It looks clean and professional for work, and matches well with all my winter clothes. Plus, I’m pale and I actually really love the contrast of a dark polish on lighter skin.

  9. Luv AJ x REVOLVE The Double Coin Charm Necklace I love that this comes as a set of two necklaces that are NOT attached so you can easily layer them or wear them separately or mix ‘em and match ‘em with other jewelry. The coin charm adds an effortless, cool, vintage vibe to any outfit and is an easy way to dress up a simple t-shirt and jeans.

  10. Luv AJ Amalfi Tube Hoops - Gold You really can’t go wrong with hoops, especially a great pair of gold ones. Not much else to say. Just a great, every day pair of earrings.
